Tom Brady Loses Super Bowl, Sells His Condo
February 4th, 2008 by BallerHouse
Even though New England Patriot’s QB Tom Brady couldn’t get the job done on the field tonight, he still pulled in $5,285,000, from the sale of his Back Bay Boston condo. The 3,412 square foot, three bedroom/three and a half bath condo occupies a full floor in the landmark Burrage Mansion building. In addition to three bedroom suites, the 10 room condo also features living and dining rooms, a library/study, three fireplaces, and parking for two cars in an underground ground garage.
Brady bought the place in June of ‘04 for $4,125,00o. Pats fans shouldn’t be too concerned about the move, since it’s rumored he moved to a penthouse nearby. We’re wondering if Tom’s going to have his grandma decorate his new place too.
