By the Book: The Nautilus Home Theater
February 11th, 2008 by BallerHouse
Designed by architect Michael Malone for a Dallas-based dentist and his wife, the Nautilus home theater was created to resemble the interior of the submarine from Jules Verne’s classic novel Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. The theater is fully automated with a custom AMX control system installed by Audio by Design. Dillon Works Inc. hooked up the custom lighting and accents. Accoustic Innovations created the custom plush red cinema seats. We’ve got more pics of this retro-looking home theater and an equipment list after the jump.
