I love when building has “story” like the one in Nijmegen, where one of the most furious battles of Market Garden operation took place. I am specialized in Toronto houses and lot of them have strong stories too. People are even willing to excuse some drawbacks, if the house has strong story. But it has to be positive story - to sell mass killer’s house at even very low price could be impossible.
