Hand Foot Chair by Pedro Friedeberg

We’d seen a hand chair before, but Pedro Friedeberg’s gilt hand foot chair sculpture takes the concept to a new level. Carved out of wood and finished in gold leaf, the chair features a classic hand seat on an anatomical foot base. Friedeberg produced the chair in Mexico in the late 20th Century. The unique piece is priced at $24,000.
