TurnOn Multi Functional Spinning Wheel: Taking Modular Living to the Next Level

TurnOn is an extreme design concept consisting of several rotating living modules linked together. Each module would be outfitted to serve the purpose of a specific room, such as a kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom. The kitchen, for example, might contain a cooking unit, a table, and a couch. To move from one station to the next, you would simply rotate the wheel. Surprisingly, the design concept includes a bathroom module, consisting of a toilet, shower, and bath.

Although the design is smart, we couldn’t imagine living in a human hamster wheel. If it’s ever commercially produced, we see TurnOn working as a potential guest suite in your house and/or becoming the next big apartment trend in Japan.
