Curt Schilling Throws His House on the Market
April 11th, 2008 by BallerHouse
Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Curt Schilling has listed his three-story Medfield, Massachusetts mansion at a price of $8 million. Four years ago, Schilling purchased the crib from now-retired ex-Pats quarterback Drew Bledsoe for a price of $4.5 million (despite its original $9 million price tag), meaning Schilling will cash in big time on this one if he can find a buyer at his current price.
The 7,981 square foot house comes with a 4,181 square foot finished basement, which equates to a total living space of 12,162 square feet. Inside the house are 7 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, and an exercise room. Outside, the 26-acre grounds include a heated pool with waterfall, an all sports court (tennis, basketball, seasonal ice skating rink), and a professional batting cage.
