Italian furniture maker De Rosso has an interesting lineup of modern, made-to-order modular living spaces on display at the Milan furniture fair next week. The flagship room in De Rosso’s modular design offerings is the Velve Kitchen, designed to subtly blend in with its surrounding living spaces. We like the look, and the company’s approach to home design.

When you commission a Velve Kitchen on your own, you choose from a variety of modular elements featuring unusual textures and striking surfaces. Most elements in the Velve come finished in hardwearing HPL laminate or exotic woods.

In addition to the Velve Kitchen, De Rosso’s other residential modular design offerings include configurations for living rooms, adult bedrooms, children’s bedrooms, and offices.
