Built in 1960, the house 5-bedroom, 7-bath houme is equipped with “walls of glass, a professional screening room that seats 18, a 1,200-square-foot master suite, a gym, walnut floors, jetliner views, a pool, and a 12-person spa with a fireplace,” according to the listing information. The .31-acre property is located at 1443 Devlin Drive.
