Eat on the Water Takes on New Meaning with bbq-donut
May 16th, 2008 by BallerHouse
When we hear ‘eat on the water’ we usually think we’re headed to a waterfront restaurant. Not the case with the bbq-donut, which takes eating on the water to a whole new level; part lounge, part restaurant table, part BBQ, and part water activity platform, the bbq-donut is set up for a party on the water.
The near silent electric-powered water platform can hold up to ten people and carries a powerful sound system to take your party up a notch. A low smoke, charcoal burning BBQ from Outdoorchef can be found in the center of the bbq-donut, which is surrounded by a table for your food and drink. Store whatever your party needs might be in the eight 12.5 gallon storage boxes found under the seats (perfect for ice and your choice of booze from Top Ten Baller Bar Bottles).
The bbq-donut is 12 feet in diameter and can surf the water in up to 20 inch waves, although it’s meant for calm water use. Traveling at 2.5mph the bbq-donut is perfect for a lake, river, or large pool and sets the tone for a fun afternoon or evening eating or partying on the water. No pricing is available yet.
