Blow Up the Party with an Inflatable Structure

Planning on throwing big budget backyard party this summer? Forget the traditional party tent and instead opt for an inflatable structure from industrial design shop Inflate. Founded back in 1995 by recent Royal College of Art graduate Nick Crosbie, Inflate started making small inflatable table lamps and ashtrays. The company evolved and now makes a wide range of inflatable temporary and permanent architectural structures, including a number that work perfectly for party tents.

The largest temporary inflatable structure in Inflate’s lineup is the Trident exhibition tent (thumbs 1 & 2), which is our recommendation for a big baller bash. For smaller events, Inflate’s modular Turtle GTS structure (pictured above) provides a unique look and lets you customize the size of your inflatable venue to the size of your crowd. If it’s just you and a friend or two, Inflate’s Office in a Bucket (thumbs 3, 4, 5) works as a “chill out pod,” or just an inflatable office as the name implies. Setup time for the Office in a Bucket is eight minutes. No matter how large the inflatable structure, it’s definitely easier to set up than an equivalent party tent. Plus, the looks don’t even compare.
