Known as the Napa, California of Chile, Colchagua is home to some of the greatest Chilean wineries and real estate. Vina La Playa is a 22 acre resort, with 7 acres devoted to vineyards, located in the Colchagua Valley which has seen rapid growth including museums, a wine train, a casino, and the best windsurfing beaches in Chile. The Chilean style hacienda is a 2 story, 11 bedroom estate with a full on dinning room and servants quarters. The hacienda is 2 and a half hours outside of Santiago and is situated among other vineyards near the Tinguiriricia riverbank.

So what makes this hacieda style winery even more special? How about a full size pool, helicopter pad, and bike paths. Lots of pictures and pricing after the jump. Though the property has been used as a resort, it could be easily converted into your next estate. The Vina La Playa is listed for $1.7 million; a deal in our book.
