Planika Fire Inserts Offer New Way to Heat Up Your Indoor Pool or Bathroom

Clean burning fireplaces have emerged as a new, big design trend, with companies releasing a huge variety of tabletop, wall-mounted, and free-standing versions. Bucking the portability trend, Planika Fires’ Architects Line offers practical, permanent fire inserts for those looking to incorporate a smokeless fireplace into the structure of their crib.

Like other clean-burning fireplaces, the Planika Architects Line runs on ethanol and requires little maintenance, as compared with traditional fireplace models. The only downside to chimney-free fireplaces like Planika’s is that you won’t get the smell of a wood-burning fire. However, you could always fix that with a few fireplace-scented jar candles.
