Liberty Games Drops Semi-Affordable Racing Simulator

For those who can’t quite scrounge up the spare cash for $20,000+ VirtualGT Racing Simulator, Liberty Games has introduced an affordable, arcade-worthy alternative: the Liberty Multidrive RS.
Starting at about $4,600, the Liberty Multidrive comes equipped with a mount for a 26 or 32-inch HD flat screen, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with a subwoofer under the seat, Logitech responsive steering and gear shift, foot pedals, and an adjustable seat.
We like that Liberty’s relatively affordable personal racing simulator connects with a PC, PS3 or XBOX 360. On the downside, you’ll have to supply your own racing games, a feature that generally comes included in some of the more expensive home racing simulators. Nevertheless, the Liberty Multdrive looks to be a good system for the price.
