Nicholas Cage has listed a number of his upscale properties on the market including this Bahama Island and New Orleans Mansion. The 45 acre Bahama Island, Leaf Cay, is on the Exuma Island Chain and is located 85 miles southeast of Nausa. The island is completely undeveloped, but has plenty of privacy and beautiful beaches for you and your significant other to bounce around in the nude. Nicholas Cage’s Island is listed for $7,000,000. A striking price considering he paid only $3,000,000 in 2006. We’re not sure there is a buyer out there who’ll be attracted with the current price tag, but private islands have blown up in popularity in the past few years.

Care to live inside the continental U.S.? Nicholas Cage has this beautiful New Orleans Mansion on the market for the reletively reasonable price of $3,700,000. The six bedroom , five full bath, two half bath Mansion is located on Prytania St. just two blocks off of the famed St. Charles and five blocks from upscale Magazine St. Having lived in New Orleans we can tell you that Prytania St. and the Garden District are home to some of the finest Mansions in New Orleans and Nic’s listed home is one of the more baller estates in the area. Cage purchased the 13,176 square foot home, located in the same neighborhood as the Brad-Angelina Mansion, for $3,450,000 in June of 2005. The three stories contain a 77′x44′ living room, a forty foot long dining room, beautifully maintained grounds, many covered balconies with ornate ironworks, large brick terraces and even a heated swimming pool (for the two cold months in New Orleans).

Cage, always the home collector, has also listed his Newport Beach, California home for $35,000,000, a large Las Vegas home for $9,500,000, his Gray Craig estate in Rhode Island for $15,900,000, and his legendary Bel Aire residence on Copa del Oro Road for $29,999,000. Why list all these homes in a down market? No word on that as we doubt Cage is hurting for funds with all the movies he’s made recently as well as upcoming releases. But don’t think he’s loosing all his upscale homes. Nic has been collecting homes for nearly his entire hollywood career and has quite a few homes left including his 500 year old Bavarian Schloss, a private Bahamian Island and a castle outside of Bath, England.
