10 Belgrave Square: Yours for $150 Million

Defying the recession, Lebanese developer Musa Salem has listed his retrofitted London mansion, No. 10 Belgrave Square, for £100 million, or approximately $150 million. Meaning 10 Belgrave Square is now tied with Candy Spelling’s Holmby Hills home for the most expensive home in the world currently on the market.

So what do you get for $150 million? “Twelve bedrooms, 20 ft. ceilings, an indoor swimming pool in the basement, a gym, a home theater,” and 21,000 square feet. Pretty baller, but $150 million worth of value? We’d negotiate this one pretty hard.
