Glamorize your Walls with Wallpapers from Swarovski

June 14th, 2011 by Purnima

Looking for some bling wallpaper to give that classy finishing touch to your baller home? Don’t worry, this one is not in-your-face bling, it is far more subtle and elegant but at the same time achieves its objective of glamorizing your space without being outright loud. Allow us to introduce to you The Swarovski Elements Wallpaper – Swarovski Crystal’s first wallpaper collection that adds a luminous crystalline ambience to your walls. The stunning collection comprising nine wallpapers with embellished Swarovski elements and 2 plain wallpapers has been designed by British wallpaper designer Karen Beauchamp in collaboration with the Swarovski Elements’ in-house design team.

Multi-faceted fine Swarovski crystals embellish backgrounds comprising exquisite flock, foil with mirror-like effects and ink in multiple layers. Cabochon pearls and Crystal Strata are also combined densely in the designs. The overall effect is sparkling and exquisite – akin to that generated by metallic leather. No matter what your tastes and preferences (from the subtle to the shimmer sparkle variety), you can rest assured that there is something for everyone in there. The wallpaper designs are available in a plethora of designs such as Feather Palace, Versailles, Plume, Jeweled Stripe, Oriental Crackle Texture, Kohinoor Damask, Diamond Trellis, Cashmere, Ruffle Silk Jaspe, Venetian Stripe and Silk Velvet Texture. Each wallpaper design above is available in a variety of hues and colors. You will definitely find one to suit your style and color.

One of our personal favorites is Cashmere in grey gold. Here, the paisley design sparkles with tiny Swarovski Elements on a smooth flock background with a raised pile creating an effect produced by cashmere, suede or velvet. The counterpoint design is studded with Swarovski Elements at a gap of 85 cm. Cashmere is available in grey gold, taupe, oyster and duck egg colors. Alternately, if you have a fancy for the vintage or antique, you could perhaps opt for Versailles – where the rectangular pane design resembles ’18th century verre églomisé gilded glass fixed at each corner with a cluster of Crystal Rocks’. Versailles is available in gold and silver.

The wallpaper rolls are available in dimensions of 52 cm by 10 meters. Prices range from approximately $477 to $1,271 per roll. The price may be luxurious but there is no doubt that the brilliance of crystal is unmatched. For more information, please visit Swarovski Elements.
