Hulk Hogan’s Chateau de Willadel, FL, Relisted at $9.2M

July 4th, 2011 by Purnima

“Relist what you can’t sell” is the latest fad to hit the celebrity real estate market. The latest relisting is that of professional wrestler and reality television star Hulk Hogan’s Belleair, FL, home. This is the same home that was on the market roughly five years ago for $25M. He later took it off the market and listed it again last summer for $10.9M. From the relisting statistics, it appears as though the wrestler is testing the market at various price points. We just have to wait and see if any baller fish will catch the bait, this time round.

The home is located on an exclusive street in the town of Belleair just outside Tampa, roughly 35 minutes from it. The home that sprawls over more than 1.5 manicured acres of land enjoys beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Clearwater Harbor to the Gulf of Mexico.

The magnificent Hogan home boasts 17,125 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and 11 (8 full + 3 half) baths. The home features imported architectural detailing from the European continent. Multiple fireplaces adorn a handsome living space. It is equipped with a gymnasium and a recreation room with a separate kitchen, bath and tanning room. Other noteworthy features include a separate four room guest apartment, a four car garage, a two room playhouse, a swimming pool with waterfalls on a flagstone terrace and a dock with two boat lifts and space for a watercraft.

We’re not sure if the price would go down any further after the 2 listings over the last few years. Our simple suggestion/tip would be to make a go for it, if you have already fallen in love with the property.
