Fancy unique or one-of-a-kind light fixtures and fittings? Here are two avant-garde chandeliers that will beat all contemporary designs hollow.  The first one is from British designer Rebecca Wilson titled ‘Memoria: 100 Cups of Tea, Never To Be…’ and the second design is by Rebecca Wilson, Clare Waddle and Julia Douglas titled ‘A Wee Bit of Light Relief’. Both designs use everyday kitchen objects in a novel, fun and rather delightful way.  Beautiful, different and cast in white bone china, the designs have something spooky and eerie about them. Limited Edition Furniture Designs: A Part from Reindeer

It’s that beautiful time of the year again where everything is white, snowflakes in the air, time for gifting, caroling, being nice not naughty, mistletoe, wine and all and of course, Rudolf! In keeping with the season, we have some rather unique looking furniture designs that use body parts from reindeer. If your jaws have already dropped in disbelief, you can start by heaving a sigh of relief and reading on. Don’t feel sorry for Rudolf just yet. Rudolf will certainly come calling with Santa this year as well and you can keep reading his story to your kids at bedtime for years to come without a hint of emotion. No reindeer were harmed in the execution of this project– only fiberglass casts of reindeer parts were painted and crafted into limited edition sets of seats and benches.
