No, this is not a new range of helmets from Ferrari. Far from it… These are -brace yourselves- espresso machines.

No really, these things may look like racing helmets worn by Stig wannabes who like to brand their anonymity, but they actually make coffee - espresso to be exact.

Ferrari & Nespresso have teamed up to make the ultimate espresso machine for hard-core Ferrari coffee addicts, who obviously feel the need to not only make espressos in front of the TV while they’re watching Formula 1, or at the office while they’re admiring pics of their supercars -  but who might also have urgent & pressing coffee needs while driving their Ferraris.

Hundreds of years ago leather was used as protective clothing, to keep vital organs safe from your enemies’ harmful onslaught & to show off your muscular physique to swooning women.

Times have changed & these days leather is more likely to be holding on for dear life to the lower half of a skinny rock star, than it is to the muscular body of a warrior on the frontlines. The effects seem to have remained the same though, judging by the numerous groupies that follow such leathered individuals around…
