Eli Manning Condo, Hoboken NJ

New York Giants QB, Eli Manning, recently took Electronic House on a tour of the 3,000-square-foot Hoboken, New Jersey condo he shares with his wife Abby. While it’s far from flashy, the Manhattan-view home features a fairly extensive automation system, giving the Manning’s (remote) control over everything from the motorized shades to the Batman-style hidden bar. Here’s just a sampling of what you’ll find in Eli’s Southern-style city crib:

  • Creston controllers offering one-touch control of lights, audio, video, motorized shades, and more
  • Request server to manage music: iTunes, satellite radio, CD’s, etc.
  • Remote-controlled hidden bar filled with top shelf liquor
  • Joystick-remote-controlled laptop loaded with NY Giants supplied footage
  • Multi-layered motorized shades throughout the house, including a blackout layer
  • Sharp and Samsung flat screen TV’s throughout, including a 63-inch Samsung 1080p plasma set in Eli’s study
  • Automated bathroom sound system

“In its largest configuration, on command, a series of nine motorized towers rise from their respective underground weather-tight concrete “bunkers” to reveal a system of quintessential scale, power, and performance. The main video tower houses a rigid, one piece cast acrylic rear projection screen that is Eleven Feet high and Twenty Feet wide. The screen itself, weighs over 3000lbs. This particular type of screen was chosen for its superior image quality as well as the fact that it does not “flex” in a breeze as a “fabric-type” flexible projection material will,” according to the South Florida  company.
