On the Market: Elton Brand’s Modern LA Mansion

After seven seasons with the LA Clippers, NBA free agent Elton Brand has listed his contemporary Hollywood Hills estate on the market for just under $5 million. Located near the Sunset Strip, the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath concrete crib sits behind a large wall and a row of bamboo trees at 8412 Carlton Way. As you’d expect to find in any NBA player’s pad, there’s a number of luxury finishes, including a large custom closet, chef’s kitchen, 20-foot ceilings, Brazilian walnut floors, and suspended staircases. Brand’s house also features downtown city views, a pool in the yard, and a five-car driveway.
Come Wednesday the free agent is expected to sign with the Golden State Warriors, where he’ll likely get a 5-year/$100 million deal. So Brand may be looking for a new place in the Bay soon if he’s not already. The 29 year-old power forward also owns several additional properties, including homes in LA and Peekskill, New York.
