Back in March we gave you a glimpse at Safretti’s rounded, clean-burning wall fireplaces. Now, the green fireplace maker has introduced a rectangular fireplace unit dubbed the Gaya. What makes the Gaya unique is that its flame appears to emerge from a slit in the front of the unit. And the slit is finished in a fiery red color to give the green fireplace a bold look. Digifire’s Clean-Burning Fireplaces Go All Night Long

digifire.jpgWe’ve seen eco-friendly fireplaces before, like Safretti’s wall-mounted lineup, and we’ve generally been impressed with their unique designs. Digifire’s clean-burning artistic fireplaces are no exception. Like other eco-friendly fireplaces, Digifire’s high-tech creations run on a blend of ethanol that’s continuously fed into the fire, allowing it to burn from 13-25 hours.

What sets Digifire’s fireplaces apart from the rest of the clean-burning pack is the company’s inventive designs and equally interesting names. The company’s current collection includes the Hot Chocolate coffee table fireplace (thumb 1), the fish-tank-looking Window fireplace (thumb 2), the elongated rectangular Ribbon Fire fireplace (thumb 3), and the circular Orbiter (pictured above).

All of Digifire’s clean-burning models are managed by a remote control, meaning you can turn them on and off with the touch of a button, as well as adjust the flame levels to set the mood.
