ElectronicHouse (not affiliated) posted an article on a custom home theater featuring a vault door, something we’ve never seen done before. Although the theater itself isn’t really anything special, the vault door is cool, especially because it has a bag of money for the door stop. The theater install was done by Connected Technologies for an owner who had acquired the bank door as a gift from a banker friend.

You can find more info on the theater at ElectronicHouse’s site.

Liquid Surfaces For Your Bar or Nightclub

January 29th, 2008 by BallerHouse

If you’re looking to build the ultimate bar or nightclub in your crib, we’ve got the perfect solution for you: Liquid Surfaces by Creative Nightclubs. Liquid Surfaces, like the Liquid Bar Tops shown in the video above, light up upon touch and leave a diminishing ray of colors tones behind. The effect is “very hypnotizing in the very same way as the bubble plastic is. People seem to massage the counter surface as they talk or think,” noted the owner of Nightclub DTM from the video above. The Liquid Bar Top can only be found in four bars across the world and has yet to make it into a private residence, creating the ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to make their home bar or nightclub stand out.In addition to Liquid Bar Tops, Creative Nightclubs sells Liquid Floors and Liquid Tables. The bar and floor surfaces come in quarter inch thick tiles filled with black oil and colored water. Six foot long by 20 inch wide Liquid Bar Top tiles sell for $1,500, and the 40 by 40 inch floor tiles sell at a comparable price.

Build Your Own Strip Club in Minutes

The Platinum Stage

Finding a solid portable stripper pole is a challenge. Take a look and you’ll discover that the market is flooded with flimsy, collapsible “dance poles,” capable of supporting little more than a few ground-planted twirls from your average overweight housewife… as she pretends to work out. The Platinum Stage is different.

Designed to handle some serious moves, the Platinum Stage comes with a 7’11″ foot mirror finish stainless steel or brass pole, as well as a platform constructed from high strength, lightweight steel. The 4 foot square, 12 inch high stage fits easily into the corner of any living room or bedroom and assembles in minutes. Since the Platinum Stage comes in a wide variety of colors and finishes, you shouldn’t have a hard time finding one to match your décor.

Why it’s Baller
Designed with an antique theme that was traditional for shuffleboards in the early part of the 19th century, The Champ is the classiest shuffleboard table we’ve seen. It features a high-tech electronic scoreboard made out of wood as well as climatic adjusters to keep the table from warping or drying in any altitude. At 12′ The Champ can also fit into just about any room in your house or apt, which makes it more versatile than all of the 16′ models on the market.

The Real Theater Experience

Custom home theater

How does a home theater look when it’s commissioned by a cinema owner? Almost exactly like a movie theater, apparently.

Home Technology Systems designed the home theater pictured above for a Cineplex owner looking to bring the true theater experience to his own pad.

The theater comes complete with a 144-inch screen, a theater curtain, and plush red movie theater seating. The room also includes a three-level concrete floor and four solid concrete walls to keep the sound contained.
