If your like most city dwellers, there’s a good chance you don’t have an appropriate space to throw a full bench press or a weight tree. But what if you could put both in the middle of your living room without it taking up space or drawing unwanted stares from your house guests? The Otto-Bench is a new concept from designer Gabriel Prero and Life Fitness that combines your standard ottoman with an adjustable Olympic bench press and a free weight set to create a workout solution for small urban living environments. While the concept has yet to be produced, conceptual renderings indicate that ten colors will be available if it makes it to market.

Rock climbing is without a doubt one of the hardest and most entertaining workouts out there. So if you’ve got the space and the cash, why not add a climbing wall to your home gym? We were curious to know which companies construct the most legit custom climbing walls, so we did some research and present to you two of our favorites: Rockwerx and American Rock Climbing.
