Dodolivin’s Half Moon “Batman” Chair

Designed by Louis Saul and presented under his studio’s label dodolivin, the Half Moon Chair looks straight off the set of a Batman movie, colors aside. The chair features bright orange sponge rubber seat padding, arranged in a skeleton-like eight-pack configuration. Storage shelves behind the chair and in front of the ottoman are setup to hold 24 books. Although we’d probably fill it with magazines.

Our only complaint with the design is that the storage shelves are positioned on the wrong side of the chair and ottoman, making it necessary to get up to change your reading material. Even still, we’d probably throw the chair in the Bat Cave theater or a 70’s-themed living room if we had one.

Dodolivin has also created some other cool custom pieces, like the Axe Table, the Cone Table, and the Temptation lamp, which we’ve pictured respectively in the thumbs below. No word on prices. But if you’re interested, inquire here.
