Up for auction August 1st at 11:00 PDT is one of the hero Mattel Hoverboards used by Michael J. Fox in his most famous role as “Marty McFly” in the Robert Zemeckis classic 80s trilogy, Back to the Future. Two styles of Hoverboard were employed in the film – lightweight boards of styrofoam construction and thick and durable wood-based props – this example is the latter, and is recognized as the best example of all wood Hoverboards to have survived the rigors of filming.

Be Your Own Legend with Will Smith’s M4 Prop Rifle

Up for sale on PropStore is the M4 Rifle used by Will Smith’s character Dr. Robert Neville in I Am Legend.  While the movie isn’t any good, the rifle is a pretty bad ass prop that would make a cool addition to any collection.

The highly-customized M4 rifle, that never leaves Neville’s side in the movie, is a hero metal non-firing version of an M4 rifle with real M4 rifle parts. It is not capable of chambering or firing ammunition, and as such could be used by Will Smith without an armor on set. Everything that would function on a real M4 functions on this 8-pound replica: the retractable stock, removable magazine, working switches, charging handle, scope, and sling.  The surefire flashlight and laser on the forearm are also both practical, and functional. The light and laser unit can be removed from the forearm and swapped to the other side, and it’s seen in both positions throughout the film.

The rifle comes with proof of authenticity and is available for $8,999.

Command Respect with Ali’s Vote 4 Da G Force Banner

Ali G Banner

Straight off Ali G’s Renault 5 from the movie Ali G Indahouse, the “Vote 4 Da G Force” banner is for sale through The Prop Store of London for $329. This is the actual banner from the movie, seen at various points, including the scene where Ali G and Me Julie are “celebrating” outside the town hall after the votes have been counted.

If you’re really set on making your house look like Planet Hollywood, The Prop Store has some other good finds, like the Manwhore Award from Deuce Bigalow European Gigolo ($839) and the white pick used to defeat the devil in Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny ($499). Both are pictured in the thumbs below after the pic of the banner on Ali’s car.
